On December 3rd 2016 the police were called on a missing person. My step dad, ramon lasco, 82 yrs of age, was missing and in danger.

My sister and her husband, which works there, called in and talked with security snd reported this, which was told they would look into it. The officer riely also contacted the casino to report a elder man in danger that might be at their casino sleeping or possibly dead in his vehicle in their parking lot. It was after midnight, I drove from holland to the casino, driving up and down rows looking for his car, fearing the worst, i found him in the front seat, three rows back, straight back from the main doors, in a ball sleeping under a big blanket. I pounded on the window till he woke up.

A security suv pulled up behind my truck in the parking lot but never got out. I tried talking to him about the situation but he seemed to careless and was a very big {{Redacted}}. We got home and the officer came over to my home to check my step dad out and was very surprised i found him at the casino because he also called there, telling security about his well being and being in danger and they did nothing.

My step dad couldve been dead in his car pr having a heart attack and the casino did nothing to help him know of the situation. I am very up set abput this and i hope who ever in security that my family and the officer talked with losses their job over this bevause this could have costed an elder man his life.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

On February 3, 2017 my family and I parked my car in valet and went into the casino approximately 7:50 pm. At approximately 10:15 pm we left the casino.

When I arrived back home to drop off my family and get out of the car and pushed my keyless entry (Fob) my finger went right in and down on the lock button, which had me looking at my fob to only find out that it had been pried open and still partly opened and my electronics were gone. I called the casino and they told me they would check on it and get back to me. Well, the security person( Meigly) I believe calls me back and says he checked the camera and couldn't see anything and then wanted to off me some comp food as if I couldn't afford food. He says his staff didn't do it but any good thief can walk and pry open a fob and take the electronics they know where the cameras are.

I had to pay $125.00 for a new controller not to long ago and to have my car at the valet and you give me that excuse is unacceptable.

This will go to the federal level because this makes no sense someone will have to take a closer look and get me some results. Do not leave your keyless entry with the valet personnel.

And the sad part is, he has a really bad heart. Just had AFIB and was in the hospital.

Found out he has stage 4 kidney cancer and is in a severe depression over his health. He stopped taking his medication and wanted to kill himself. He was in a car crash November 5th and totalled his car from a black out.

He isn't suppose to be driving but the process takes so long to have his license pulled. This is why it was such an emergency to find him,his life was on the line and he could've been dead in the parking lot of the casino and nothing was being done about it.
